Casavono murals are made to measure, printed to order for your specific wall. For this reason our returns policy is different from off-the-shelf products. Please read it carefully before ordering, and order a sample if you are unsure.
Made to measure means made for you
Because every mural and sample is custom produced to your chosen design, size and material, orders cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded for a change of mind, in line with the standard exemptions for bespoke and made-to-order goods. We always recommend ordering a sample first to confirm the colour, material and finish in your own space.
If something is wrong, we will make it right
Your satisfaction matters to us. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or with a printing or material defect, we will reprint or refund it, free of charge. Simply email contact@casavono.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a few photos of the issue, and our team will resolve it quickly.
