Good to know

Do I need to create an account or sign up?

No. You join automatically with your first mural order. Your codes are sent to the email address you used for that order.

I cannot find my codes.

They arrive in an email titled “Welcome to the Casavono Circle”, from contact@casavono.com, within the hour after your order. Check your spam folder, or write to us and we will send them again.

How do my friends use my code?

They enter it at checkout, or open the link in your welcome email and it applies itself. Each person can use it once, on a mural.

Can I use my own code to share?

It is meant for friends and family. Thank-you codes are only sent when someone else orders with it.

I am an interior designer or a rental host.

Our trade program gives professionals 20% off every mural and sample, applied automatically at checkout. It replaces the Circle codes.
