Shipping & delivery
Shipping is free worldwide, with duties included. Every mural is made to order, so most orders reach the US, UK and EU in about a week, production included. You will get a tracking link by email when it ships, or track your order here.
Returns & refunds
Because every mural is made to your exact measurements, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns. But if your order arrives damaged, faulty or with a printing defect, we will reprint or refund it free of charge. Email us within 14 days with your order number and a few photos. Sizing & samples
Measure your wall width and height at the widest and tallest points, then add a couple of inches. Not sure? Order a sample first to see the material and colour in your own light. Full guidance on How it works.
Damaged or wrong item
We will make it right, quickly. Email contact@casavono.com with your order number and a few photos of the issue, and we will reprint or refund free of charge.
