Shipping policy
Free shipping, duties included.
Every Casavono order ships free of charge to every country we deliver to: the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Ireland. Any import duties and taxes are already included in the price you pay at checkout, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery.
Made to order
Each mural is produced specifically for you once your order is placed. Your mural is printed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days. During the holiday season, production can take up to 5 business days.
Delivery times
Once shipped, estimated delivery is:
- United States and Canada: 2 to 3 business days
- United Kingdom and Ireland: 1 to 2 business days
- Australia and New Zealand: 3 to 5 business days
These are estimates. Total time from order to doorstep is usually under a week, production included. Delivery can occasionally take longer during peak periods or due to customs handling.
Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our facility. You can also track your order any time at casavono.com/apps/track123.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address. If you notice a mistake, email contact@casavono.com immediately and we will try to correct it before your order ships.
