Returns and Refunds

Every Casavono mural is printed and cut to the exact measurements you provide. Because each piece is made to order specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect measurements, or a change in décor plans. Please measure carefully and order a sample if you are unsure of the colour or finish.

If something is wrong with your order, we will make it right.

We will reprint or refund your order, free of charge, if it arrives:
· damaged in transit,
· faulty or defective,
· with a printing or colour defect,
· or different from what you ordered.

How to make a claim
Email us at contact@casavono.com within 14 days of delivery with:
· your order number,
· a short description of the issue,
· and a few clear photos showing the problem.

Once approved, we will arrange a free reprint or a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Order changes and cancellations
Because production begins quickly, you can change or cancel your order only before it enters production. Contact us as soon as possible at contact@casavono.com and we will do everything we can to help.

Samples
Samples are final sale and are not eligible for return, as their purpose is to let you check the material and colour before ordering a full mural.
